TRIEZZO COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Triezzo exists to bring people together through shared plans, experiences, and genuine connections. These Community Guidelines define the standards of behavior we expect from everyone who uses the platform — users, attendees, and organizers alike.
By using Triezzo, you agree to follow these Guidelines. Breaches may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity and circumstances of each case.
1. Who these Guidelines apply to

2. What Triezzo is for

Triezzo is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not intended for illegal activities, commercial solicitation outside of authorized plan creation, or any use that harms other users or third parties.

- Use of slurs, dehumanizing language, or content that degrades individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
3.6. Spam and unauthorized commercial use
- Sending unsolicited messages, promotions, or commercial offers to other users.
- Using Triezzo to promote external services, products, or platforms in a way that is not authorized by Triezzo.
- Soliciting payments, tips, or donations outside of the Triezzo platform for plans that should be managed through Triezzo's payment system.
- Creating fake or misleading plan listings to attract users.
3.7. Impersonation and deception
- Impersonating another user, public figure, organization, or Triezzo staff.
- Creating a profile with false identity information with the intent to deceive other users.
- Using multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban, or to manipulate ratings, reviews, or reporting systems.
3.8. Privacy violations
- Sharing personal information about other users without their consent, including photos, contact details, location, or private messages.
- Recording, photographing, or distributing images or audio of other users at plans or events without their knowledge and consent.
4. Organizer responsibilities
Organizers play a key role in the Triezzo community. In addition to the general Guidelines above, organizers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information about their plans, including title, description, location, date, price, and any relevant conditions or requirements.
- Ensuring that their plans comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, permits, and safety requirements.
- Not organizing events that involve or promote prohibited content or activities listed in section 3.
- Managing cancellations, changes, and refunds in accordance with Triezzo's Payments & Refunds Policy and the conditions stated in their plan listing.
- Not soliciting payments outside of Triezzo's platform for paid plans.
- To create paid plans, organizers must complete Stripe Connect account verification (KYC). Organizers without a verified Stripe account cannot create paid plans.
Organizers and co-organizers may remove individual users from a plan session to protect safety, compliance, or the experience of other attendees, provided this is not done in a discriminatory, abusive, or arbitrary manner.
5. Content standards
5.1. Profile content
Your profile should represent you authentically. Profile photos and descriptions must not impersonate another person, mislead other users, or contain prohibited content as defined in section 3. Profile photos must not display explicit, violent, or discriminatory content.
Where you choose to use the optional identity verification feature, a clear and recognizable image of your face is required for the verification process.
5.2. Plan content
Plan titles, descriptions, photos, and announcements must accurately describe the experience being offered. Misleading or exaggerated descriptions that do not match the actual plan are not permitted.
Plans involving alcohol (such as wine tastings, cocktail experiences, or similar) are permitted on Triezzo, provided they comply with all applicable local laws regarding age restrictions, alcohol licensing, and advertising. Such plans must not be targeted at minors, must not encourage excessive or irresponsible drinking, and must include any legally required age-verification measures.
5.3. Messages and chats
All communications between users on Triezzo must respect the standards set out in these Guidelines. Prohibited content in messages includes, but is not limited to: harassment, explicit content, threats, spam, and solicitation of off-platform payments.
6. Automated content moderation
Triezzo uses automated tools to detect and flag content that may violate these Guidelines. This includes analysis of images (via AWS Rekognition) and text (via keyword filters and AI-assisted review).
Automated moderation may result in content being held for review, restricted, or removed before publication. Significant moderation decisions may be reviewed by a member of the Triezzo team, especially where a user requests a review or where required by law. If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged, restricted, or removed, you may request a review by contacting support@triezzo.com.
7. Reporting
7.1. Reporting users
If you encounter behavior or content that you believe violates these Guidelines, you can report it directly from the user's profile within the app. Triezzo reviews all reports and takes appropriate action based on the evidence available.
7.2. Reporting plans
If you believe a plan violates these Guidelines, you can report it through the available reporting tools in the app where available, or contact us at support@triezzo.com with the plan details and the reason for your report.
7.3. How we handle reports
Reports are reviewed through Triezzo's moderation processes. We may contact you for additional information if needed. We will not share details of our review process or outcomes with third parties, except where required by law.
Submitting false or malicious reports with the intent to harm another user's account is itself a breach of these Guidelines.
8. Blocking
You can block another user from the app at any time. When a block exists between two users — in either direction — Triezzo will limit direct interactions between them, such as messaging and profile interactions.
Before joining a plan session, Triezzo may notify you if one or more users you have blocked are attending that session. Where available, and where permitted by applicable privacy settings and law, Triezzo may show limited information, such as name or profile photo, only where necessary to help you make an informed decision about joining the session. This notification is designed to help you manage your experience without requiring you to interact with blocked users.
Blocking is a tool for your personal safety and comfort. It does not constitute a formal report and does not trigger a review of the blocked user's account. If you also want to report the user for a Guidelines violation, please do so separately through the reporting feature.
9. Safety during in-person plans
Users and organizers are expected to behave safely and respectfully during in-person plans and events. You should not pressure others into unwanted interactions, share private information without consent, or create unsafe situations for other attendees.
- Meet in appropriate public or supervised places where possible.
- Respect the personal boundaries and consent of all other attendees.
- Follow organizer instructions and applicable venue rules.
- Report unsafe, illegal, or abusive behavior to Triezzo and, where appropriate, to local authorities.
Triezzo does not generally conduct background checks on users or organizers, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific feature, organizer category, or verification process. You are responsible for your own safety and decisions when participating in in-person plans. If you feel unsafe at any time, leave the situation and contact the relevant emergency services if necessary.
10. Enforcement
10.1. How we enforce these Guidelines
Triezzo reviews potential violations on a case-by-case basis. Enforcement actions depend on the nature, severity, and context of the violation, and may include:
- Removal of specific content (photos, plan descriptions, messages).
- Temporary or permanent restriction of certain features.
- Permanent termination of the account.
- Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law or where there is a credible risk of harm.
Account-level enforcement decisions are generally reviewed by the Triezzo team. Triezzo may use automated systems to detect potential violations, prioritize review, or apply temporary safety measures where necessary.
10.2. Account termination
Triezzo may permanently terminate an account for serious or repeated violations of these Guidelines, including but not limited to: distribution of illegal content, sexual exploitation, violence, fraud, impersonation, or repeated harassment.
Users whose accounts are terminated may not create new accounts on Triezzo. Attempting to circumvent a ban by creating a new account is itself a violation.
10.3. Requesting a review
If you believe an enforcement action taken against your account or content was made in error, you may request a review by contacting support@triezzo.com with the subject "Content Review Request". We will review your case and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Updates to these Guidelines
Triezzo may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or community needs. When significant changes are made, users will be notified through the app or by email. For material changes, Triezzo may require you to accept the updated Guidelines before continuing to use certain services. Where express acceptance is not required, continued use of Triezzo after the effective date of updated Guidelines constitutes acceptance.
The current version is always available at triezzo.com/en/legal/community-guidelines.
