TRIEZZO ORGANIZER TERMS

These Organizer Terms govern the relationship between Techrealm Ltd (operating under the commercial brand Triezzo) and any user who creates, manages, or co-manages a plan or event on the Triezzo platform.

By creating your first plan on Triezzo, you confirm that you have read and accept these Organizer Terms, in addition to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Payments & Refunds Policy, and Community Guidelines. 1. Who is an organizer

Any registered Triezzo user may create plans and act as an organizer. To create paid plans (plans with a price above €0 or equivalent), you must additionally complete the Stripe Connect account verification process, including identity verification (KYC), before paid plans can be published or payments accepted.

During account setup, you may indicate whether you are acting as a professional organizer. This may include a business, company, or person acting in a commercial capacity. Professional organizers may be identified with a badge on their plans and profile, and their plans may be filtered by users looking for professionally organized experiences.

This designation may be based on information you provide and does not necessarily imply that Triezzo has verified your licenses, permits, credentials, or professional qualifications. However, Triezzo may request additional information and may classify or display organizer status where required by applicable law.

Organizers are solely responsible for ensuring that their plans comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, permits, and licensing requirements, regardless of professional or non-professional status.

2. Trader and non-trader status

When creating plans, you must accurately indicate whether you are acting as a trader or professional, or as a private individual. A trader or professional is someone acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft, or profession.

If you act as a trader or professional, you are responsible for providing accurate business identification, contact, tax, invoicing, licensing, and consumer law information where required by applicable law. Triezzo may display relevant trader information to attendees where required by EU consumer law, the Digital Services Act, or other applicable regulation.

If you act as a private individual, you must not present yourself as a business or professional organizer unless you are legally entitled to do so. Triezzo may request additional information to assess your organizer status where required by law, platform policy, or tax reporting obligations.

The "professional organizer" badge or designation within Triezzo is a platform feature and does not replace your legal obligation to accurately declare whether you are acting as a trader/professional or as a private individual under applicable law.

3. Co-organizers

An organizer may invite other registered Triezzo users to act as co-organizers for a specific plan. Co-organizers receive an invitation code from the organizer and must redeem it within the app to join the plan as a co-organizer.

Co-organizers may assist in managing plan sessions, including removing attendees from a session where necessary to protect safety or the experience of other participants. However, co-organizers do not have authority to:

These actions remain the exclusive responsibility of the organizer. The organizer remains responsible for assigning appropriate co-organizer permissions, for supervising co-organizers' actions within the plan, and for ensuring that co-organizers are aware of and comply with these Organizer Terms and Triezzo's Community Guidelines.

4. Organizer obligations

4.1. Accuracy of plan information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your plan listings, including title, description, location, date and time, price, capacity, cancellation policy, and any conditions or requirements for attendees. Misleading, exaggerated, or false plan descriptions are prohibited and may result in content removal or account suspension.

4.2. Legal compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your plan complies with all applicable local, national, and EU laws, including but not limited to:

For higher-risk, professional, commercial, or regulated activities, you are responsible for assessing whether appropriate insurance is required or advisable.

Triezzo does not generally verify whether organizers hold all required permits or licenses for their events, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific feature, organizer category, verification process, or legal requirement. You accept full liability for any breach of applicable law in connection with your plans.

4.3. Prohibited plans

You may not create plans that involve or promote any of the following:

4.4. Attendee data

When attendees enrol in your plan, Triezzo shares limited attendee information with you (name, first profile photo, and booking details) solely for the purpose of managing the plan. You must:

If you act as a trader or professional organizer, you are also responsible for providing attendees with any legally required trader information, invoices, receipts, tax details, cancellation information, and consumer rights information.

4.5. Off-platform payments prohibited

You may not solicit, accept, or request payments outside of the Triezzo platform for plans listed on Triezzo. All payments for paid plans must be processed through Triezzo's payment system (Stripe Connect). If you request payment, tips, donations, or mandatory charges outside Triezzo in connection with a plan listed as free on Triezzo, this may be treated as off-platform payment solicitation and may result in enforcement action. Breach of this obligation may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Cancellation policy and refunds

5.1. Organizer-defined cancellation policy

For each plan you create, you must set a cancellation and refund policy that is visible to attendees before they book. This may include:

Your cancellation policy must be clearly stated and must comply with applicable consumer protection law. Triezzo may intervene, cancel a plan, or override your cancellation policy where required by law, payment network rules, safety concerns, suspected fraud, abuse, non-performance, chargeback risk, or a request from a competent authority.

5.2. Organizer cancellation

You may cancel a plan or session before it takes place. If you cancel a paid plan:

Repeated or unjustified cancellations may affect your organizer status, your super organizer eligibility, and your ability to create future paid plans on Triezzo.

5.3. Only the organizer can cancel or refund

Subject to Triezzo's rights under these Terms and the Payments & Refunds Policy, only the plan organizer (not co-organizers) has the authority to cancel a plan or session or to request or issue refunds to individual attendees through the platform.

6. Fees and payouts

6.1. Organizer fees

Triezzo charges organizers the following fees on each paid plan transaction:

Additionally, Stripe processing fees apply and are borne by the organizer. Stripe fees vary depending on the payment method, country, currency, and Stripe's applicable pricing.

The applicable Triezzo organizer fees are displayed, where applicable, before publishing or confirming a paid plan. Final amounts received may vary depending on Stripe processing fees, payment method, country, currency, refunds, disputes, taxes, or adjustments.

6.2. Payouts

Funds are transferred to your verified Stripe Connect account after the plan ends and the payment is validated, subject to Stripe's payout schedule, account verification status, risk checks, payment method, country, currency, weekends, holidays, and any applicable holds or reserves.

You must maintain an active, verified Stripe Connect account (KYC completed) to receive payouts. Triezzo may hold funds if your Stripe account becomes unverified, suspended, or restricted.

6.3. Holds and adjustments

Triezzo may temporarily hold or adjust payouts in the event of:

6.4. Free plans

Plans priced at €0 generate no Triezzo fee and no Stripe processing fee. Organizers of free plans remain responsible for assessing any tax, accounting, or reporting obligations that may apply to their activities.

7. Super organizer status

Super organizer status is awarded by Triezzo to organizers who consistently meet defined quality standards on the platform. Eligibility is assessed periodically (approximately monthly) based on criteria including plan quality, attendance rates, cancellation history, chargeback rates, attendee ratings, and compliance with these Terms.

Super organizer status is not purchased and is not linked to any subscription. It is awarded and maintained by Triezzo based on platform quality, trust, safety, and operational criteria, and may be removed if the organizer no longer meets the required standards or breaches Triezzo policies. The main benefit of super organizer status is a reduced variable fee (1.20% instead of 2.10%).

8. Chargebacks and disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is raised by an attendee in connection with your plan, Triezzo will notify you promptly. You must:

Triezzo may compile and submit a defense on your behalf within card-network deadlines, where a defense is appropriate, using all material you provide and technical evidence generated by the platform. Payment networks and/or the cardholder's issuing bank decide the outcome. Triezzo does not control the final decision.

If a chargeback is decided against you, the disputed amount and any network fees may be deducted from your future payouts. Repeated or high-rate chargebacks may result in restrictions on your ability to create paid plans or in the suspension of your Stripe Connect account.

9. Tax and fiscal obligations

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations in connection with income earned through Triezzo, including but not limited to:

Triezzo may collect, verify, retain, and report organizer information where required under DAC7 (EU Directive on Administrative Cooperation), VAT rules, or other applicable tax reporting obligations. You agree to provide accurate and complete tax and identity information as required by Triezzo or Stripe, and to update this information if it changes. Failure to provide required tax, identity, or reporting information may result in restrictions on paid plans, delayed payouts, or suspension of organizer privileges.

Triezzo is not your tax advisor and does not provide tax advice. You should seek independent professional advice regarding your tax obligations.

10. Invoicing to attendees

When Triezzo acts as a technological intermediary for your plan, the commercial invoice for the base price of the plan is your responsibility as the organizer. Attendees may request an invoice for the plan base price directly from you.

If you act as a trader or professional organizer, you are responsible for providing attendees with any legally required trader information, invoices, receipts, tax details, and consumer rights information.

Triezzo separately issues its own invoice to attendees for the platform commission (buyer fee) where applicable, and issues you a consolidated monthly invoice for the organizer commissions and fees applied to your plans during that settlement period.

11. Content and moderation

All content you submit as an organizer — including plan titles, descriptions, photos, announcements, and tags — is subject to Triezzo's automated content moderation and Community Guidelines. Content that violates these standards may be removed, and your plan may be rejected or taken down without prior notice.

You are responsible for ensuring that all content you upload does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrighted images, music, or text.

12. Liability and indemnification

You accept full responsibility for the organization, execution, safety, quality, and legal compliance of your plans. Triezzo acts solely as a technology intermediary facilitating discovery, booking, and payment for your plans, and is not responsible for:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Triezzo harmless from any claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Organizer Terms, your plans, or your conduct on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

Triezzo may suspend or terminate your organizer privileges, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

Suspension of your organizer privileges does not automatically cancel any active plans. Triezzo will manage the cancellation and refund of active plans where required to protect attendees.

14. Changes to these Terms

Triezzo may update these Organizer Terms where legal, operational, or technical reasons justify it. Where changes materially affect your rights or obligations as an organizer, Triezzo will notify you at least 7 calendar days in advance via the app or email. For material changes, Triezzo may require your express acceptance before you can continue creating plans. Where express acceptance is not required, continued use of organizer features after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

The current version is always available at triezzo.com/en/legal/organizer-terms.

15. Governing law

These Organizer Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus and applicable European Union regulations. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts of Famagusta (Cyprus), without prejudice to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply under the law of your country of residence or establishment.
