TRIEZZO COPYRIGHT & DMCA POLICY

Triezzo (operated by Techrealm Ltd) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, organizers, and all contributors to do the same. This Copyright & DMCA Policy describes how Triezzo handles claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and provides information on reporting infringing content on our platform.

This Policy applies to content on the Triezzo mobile application and the website triezzo.com.

1. Designated DMCA Agent

Triezzo has designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement under the DMCA. If you believe that content available on or through Triezzo infringes your copyright, please contact our Designated Agent:

Designated Agent: DMCA Agent, Techrealm Ltd
Address: Efesou, 9, Paralimni, 5280, Cyprus
Email: support@triezzo.com
Subject line: DMCA Copyright Notice

Our Designated Agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), registration number DMCA-1074743. The registration is active and effective from June 26, 2026. Only notices of alleged copyright infringement should be sent to the Designated Agent. Other inquiries may not receive a response through this channel and should be sent to Triezzo support instead.

2. Copyright infringement notification (Notice & Takedown)

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on Triezzo infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our Designated Agent. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: a description of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow Triezzo to locate it, such as a URL or specific location within the platform.
  3. Your contact information: your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good faith statement: a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement: a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Signature: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Incomplete notices may not be actioned. Triezzo may request additional information before taking action where a notice does not contain sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, or the complaining party's authority.

Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice may result in liability under applicable law, including for damages, costs, and attorney's fees (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Triezzo will:

3. Counter-notification

If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), your counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the removed material: a description of the material that was removed and its location on the platform before removal.
  2. Good faith statement: a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information: your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction: a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Triezzo may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
  5. Signature: a physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Triezzo will:

4. Repeat infringer policy

It is Triezzo's policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

Triezzo may consider several factors when assessing repeat infringement, including the number of valid notices received, the nature and seriousness of the alleged infringement, whether counter-notifications were submitted, whether notices were withdrawn or resolved, and whether the user has repeatedly uploaded infringing content after warning.

Triezzo reserves the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers at any time without prior notice, in accordance with the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

5. Content that does not infringe

Not all uses of copyrighted material require permission from the copyright owner. Uses that may be protected include fair use (in the United States) and similar exceptions under applicable law in other jurisdictions.

Triezzo is not a court and cannot provide legal advice on whether a particular use qualifies as fair use or another exception. Where appropriate, Triezzo may consider the information provided by the parties when reviewing a notice or counter-notification. If you are unsure whether your use of copyrighted material is lawful, please seek independent legal advice.

6. Intellectual property rights on Triezzo

Users and organizers who upload content to Triezzo (including profile photos, plan images, plan descriptions, and announcements) confirm that they either own the content or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to upload it and grant Triezzo the license described in the Terms of Use.

Uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights (including copyrighted images, music, text, logos, or trademarks) is prohibited under Triezzo's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and may result in content removal and account suspension.

7. Trademark and other IP complaints

The DMCA process applies to copyright claims. If you believe that content on Triezzo infringes a trademark, trade name, design right, publicity right, or another intellectual property right, please contact us at support@triezzo.com with sufficient information to identify the right claimed, the allegedly infringing content, and your authority to act.

Triezzo may review and act on such complaints under its Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and applicable law.

8. Copyright notices outside the United States

This Policy is primarily designed to comply with the DMCA, which applies in the United States. Users and rights holders in other countries may also submit copyright infringement notices using the procedure described in section 2. Triezzo will review all notices and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction.

For users and rights holders in the European Union, Triezzo may also process copyright or illegal-content notices under applicable EU notice-and-action rules, including the Digital Services Act where applicable.
