It describes how Techrealm Ltd (operating under the commercial brand Triezzo) collects, uses, and shares personal information about U.S. residents, and explains the rights available to you under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

Where U.S. state law provides rights or protections that differ from or supplement our general Privacy Policy, this Notice controls for U.S. residents.

5. Advertising, targeted advertising, sharing, and opt-out rights

Triezzo does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Some U.S. state privacy laws use terms such as "targeted advertising", "sale", "sharing", or "profiling". Where applicable, you may opt out of the processing of personal information for targeted advertising, sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

For users without a premium subscription, Triezzo may display in-app advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdMob or similar providers. When advertising is active, certain data (such as device identifiers, IP address, and usage data) may be shared with advertising providers to serve and measure ads. Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), this may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, which gives you the right to opt out.

Users with an active premium subscription (Connections, Plan, or Full) do not see in-app ads as part of the premium service. Triezzo does not use premium status to deny privacy rights. Where marketing technologies are used on the website or in other contexts, they remain subject to your cookie choices, device permissions, and applicable opt-out rights.
