TRIEZZO COOKIE POLICY
This Cookie Policy explains how Triezzo (operated by Techrealm Ltd) uses cookies and similar technologies on the website triezzo.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
This policy applies to the Triezzo website only. The Triezzo mobile app does not use browser cookies; data collection in the app is described in the Privacy Policy.
Non-essential cookies and similar technologies are not activated unless and until you provide consent through our cookie banner, except for strictly necessary technologies and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that do not store cookies or advertising identifiers on your device. Where a listed technology is identified as planned or future use, it is not currently active.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to remember information about your visit, such as your language preferences or session state, and to collect analytics or advertising data.
Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and tracking pixels (such as the Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel), which may serve comparable purposes to cookies, for example remembering your preferences, measuring campaign performance, or understanding how visitors interact with our website.
2. Types of cookies and technologies we use
2.1. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the website to function correctly. They cannot be disabled and do not require your consent.
| Cookie / Technology | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
| Session cookies | Triezzo | Maintain your session and authentication state while navigating the site | Session |
| Language / locale preference | Triezzo | Remember your language selection (e.g. English or Spanish) | 1 year |
| Cookie consent preferences / local storage | Triezzo | Store your cookie consent choices, including analytics and marketing preferences, so we do not ask again on every visit | Until you clear it or update your preferences |
| Stripe.js | Stripe Payments Europe Ltd | Fraud prevention and payment security. Loaded where necessary to process payments securely on triezzo.com | Session / varies |
2.2. Functional and display technologies
Triezzo uses functional and display technologies to present the website correctly. Where possible, Triezzo self-hosts fonts and other static assets to avoid unnecessary third-party requests.
| Cookie / Technology | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
| Web fonts | Triezzo | Display fonts used in the Triezzo interface. Self-hosted to avoid third-party requests. | Session / browser cache |
2.3. Analytics and website measurement technologies
We use analytics technologies to understand how visitors use our website and to improve Triezzo. Our current website analytics setup is based on Google Analytics 4.
| Cookie / Technology | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
| Google Analytics 4 | Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC | Measure website usage, page views, referral sources, campaigns, and aggregated interaction events | According to Google Analytics settings and applicable consent choices |
| Google Consent Mode | Respect consent choices by keeping analytics and advertising storage denied by default until the user grants consent | Consent state / browser session or local preference | |
| Aggregated interaction events | Triezzo / Google Analytics 4 | Measure aggregated interactions such as download clicks, app-open clicks, organizer calls-to-action, and landing page views | According to Google Analytics settings and applicable consent choices |
| Website attribution local storage | Triezzo | Remember campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, term, landing page, and capture time to understand which campaigns brought visitors to Triezzo | Until cleared by the user or overwritten by a later campaign visit |
Google Analytics 4 is not activated for analytics unless the user consents to analytics technologies through the cookie banner. Google Consent Mode is configured with analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization denied by default until the user provides the relevant consent.
We also record aggregated events such as clicks on download buttons, app-open links, organizer calls-to-action, and landing page views. These events are used to understand website performance and improve our product and marketing funnel.
2.4. Marketing and tracking technologies
These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and, where applicable, to support advertising attribution. They are only activated with your consent and are not loaded by default.
| Cookie / Technology | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
| Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) | Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd | Measure conversions from Meta campaigns, attribute visits and actions to Meta ads, and improve ad performance measurement | Up to 90 days / according to Meta settings |
| TikTok Pixel | TikTok Technology Limited / TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited | Measure conversions from TikTok campaigns, attribute visits and actions to TikTok ads, and improve ad performance measurement | According to TikTok settings |
| Advertising click IDs temporary session storage | Triezzo | Temporarily remember advertising click identifiers such as fbclid or ttclid before you make a consent choice | Session, unless marketing consent is granted |
| Advertising click IDs local storage | Triezzo | If you consent to marketing technologies, store advertising click identifiers such as fbclid or ttclid together with campaign attribution data | Until cleared by the user or overwritten by a later campaign visit |
Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel are not loaded, and no Meta or TikTok marketing technologies are activated, unless you consent to marketing technologies through the cookie banner. If the relevant advertising pixel is not configured by Triezzo, it will not be loaded even if marketing consent is granted.
Advertising click identifiers such as fbclid or ttclid may be temporarily stored in session storage when you arrive on Triezzo from an ad. They are only persisted in local storage if you consent to marketing technologies.
2.5. Experience and heatmap technologies (future)
Triezzo may in the future activate user experience, heatmap, or session recording tools such as Hotjar to help improve website design and usability. These technologies are not currently active and will only be activated with your prior consent. This Policy will be updated before activation with the specific cookies, providers, purposes, and retention periods.
