DELETE YOUR TRIEZZO ACCOUNT

At Triezzo, you can request the deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

1. How to delete your account from the app

To delete your account directly from the app:

1. Open the Triezzo app.
2. Open your profile by tapping your profile picture in the top-right corner.
3. Go to General Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete account.
5. Confirm the account deletion.

Once confirmed, deletion is irreversible and you will not be able to recover your profile, chats, images, interests, plans, or account history.

2. If you cannot access the app

If you cannot access your account from the app, you can request deletion by contacting us at:

To verify your identity, please contact us from the email address associated with your Triezzo account or provide enough information for us to identify it.

3. What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your profile, including:

• User profile.
• Uploaded photos and images.
• Interests, preferences, and profile data.
• Chats and messages associated with your account, where legally and technically possible.
• Usage history that is not required for legal, security, or invoicing purposes.

Right to Erasure (Article 17 GDPR)

In addition to deleting an account through the application, users located in the European Union may exercise their right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") under Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Where legally applicable, Triezzo will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the user, except where retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, platform security, or legal defense purposes.

4. Data we may retain

Some data may be retained for the legally required periods or where necessary to protect platform security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with tax and accounting obligations.

This may include, for example:

• Invoices and payment records.
• Information required to comply with legal obligations.
• Records related to security, fraud, abuse, or breaches of our rules.

5. Processing time

We will process your deletion request within a maximum of 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires us to retain certain data for a longer period.
