TRIEZZO – TERMS OF USE
Welcome to Triezzo, a platform built to connect people, experiences, and emotions in an authentic way.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Triezzo mobile application and the website triezzo.com, owned by Techrealm Ltd (commercial brand: Triezzo), incorporated in Cyprus. By using our services, you expressly agree to these Terms, as well as the complementary policies (Privacy Policy, Payments & Refunds Policy, and Community Guidelines).
1. Who we are

Techrealm Ltd

TIN / VAT: 60061983B

Registered commercial brand: Triezzo
2. What Triezzo is
Triezzo is a social platform that brings together dating, plans, and events. Our goal is to help you connect mindfully, reduce loneliness, and discover activities that truly add value to your life.
With Triezzo you can:
- Create or join plans and events organized by other users or companies.
- Meet new people with shared interests.
- Manage your plans as an organizer or attendee.
- Enjoy premium features that enhance your experience.
In most cases, Triezzo acts as a technology intermediary between users and organizers, facilitating discovery and payment handling.
However, Triezzo may also directly organize its own events or experiences, which will be clearly labeled as "Organized by Triezzo" within the app or website. In those cases, Techrealm Ltd (Triezzo) acts as the direct organizer and assumes full responsibility for performance, conditions, invoicing, and any applicable refunds.
3. Who can use Triezzo
To create an account or use Triezzo, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Create an account via Apple, Google, or email.
Multiple accounts are not allowed, and you may not register on behalf of another person or company without authorization. Triezzo may suspend or delete accounts that breach these conditions or the Community Guidelines.
4. How it works
- Each user can create a personal profile, add photos, interests, location, and answer connection questions.
- You can participate as a user (attendee) or as an organizer of plans.
- Plans are experiences created by users, companies, or — at times — by Triezzo itself.
- Payments are handled securely via Stripe Connect; except where labeled "Organized by Triezzo," the platform is not responsible for the execution of third-party plans.
- Triezzo includes an optional AI assistant that users may voluntarily enable. See section 10 for full details on AI features.
- Content submitted by users (photos, plan descriptions, profile bios) is subject to automated moderation to ensure compliance with our Community Guidelines and applicable law. See section 9 for details.
5. Service types and subscriptions
Triezzo offers different modes of use:
- Free account: limited access to plans and core features.
- Premium subscriptions: Connections, Plan, or Full. These may include advanced filters, travel mode, invisibility, super likes, access to statistics, and 0% buyer commission for plans.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may vary by country and currency. The exact amount is shown before payment confirmation.
5.1 Purchasing a subscription
Subscriptions can be purchased through three channels:
- Apple App Store (Apple IAP): if you purchase a subscription through the iOS app, the transaction is processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Cancellation, billing management, and refund requests must be handled directly through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Triezzo cannot directly manage cancellation or billing through your Apple ID. Refund requests for Apple IAP subscriptions must generally be submitted to Apple and are handled under Apple's policies.
- Google Play (Google Play Billing): if you purchase a subscription through the Android app, the transaction is processed by Google and governed by Google's terms. Cancellation, billing management, and refund requests must be handled directly through your Google Play account (Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions). Triezzo cannot directly manage cancellation or billing through your Google Play account. Refund requests for Google Play subscriptions must generally be submitted to Google and are handled under Google's policies.
- Web (Stripe): if you purchase a subscription through triezzo.com, the transaction is processed by Stripe. You can manage, cancel, or request a refund for web subscriptions directly through your Triezzo account settings or by contacting support@triezzo.com.
5.2 Auto-renewal and cancellation
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before the renewal date through the appropriate channel described in section 5.1.
5.3 Account deletion and active subscriptions
Deleting your Triezzo account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Apple or Google. If you delete your account while an Apple IAP or Google Play subscription is active, you must also cancel it separately through your Apple or Google account to stop future charges.
Web subscriptions purchased via Stripe can be cancelled from your Triezzo account settings or by contacting support@triezzo.com. If you delete your Triezzo account, please ensure you cancel any active web subscription before doing so to avoid future charges.
5.4 Subscription refunds
Under applicable EU consumer law, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right for certain digital services. Where required by law, before immediate access to a paid digital service begins, you may be asked to expressly consent to the service starting immediately and acknowledge that this may affect your withdrawal right. Refunds remain subject to applicable consumer law and the rules of the purchase channel. Full details are in the Payments & Refunds Policy.
6. Payments, fees, and refunds
Triezzo applies a transparent fee structure:
- 1% fee for non-premium buyers (0% if they have an active Plan or Full subscription).
- 2.10% fee for standard organizers and 1.20% for super organizers.
- A fixed fee of approximately €0.10 for the organizer on paid plans.
- Stripe processing fees, which may vary depending on the payment method, country, currency, and Stripe's applicable pricing.
The applicable fees are always shown before payment confirmation and may vary depending on the country, currency, payment method, plan type, organizer category, or applicable taxes.
Refunds for plans are handled according to the organizer's policy and applicable laws. If a plan is cancelled by the organizer, Triezzo will manage a full refund to buyers through the original payment method, subject to payment provider processing times and applicable law. Full details are in the Payments & Refunds Policy.
Invoicing
- When Triezzo acts solely as a technological intermediary, the commercial invoice for participation in a plan will be issued directly by the organizer.
- Triezzo will automatically issue and send an invoice to the buyer for the platform services (e.g., applicable commissions) once the purchase is completed.
- Organizers will receive a consolidated monthly invoice from Triezzo for the commissions applied during that period.
- Where the plan is identified as "Organized by Triezzo", Triezzo will issue all invoices associated with the event.
7. Service availability
Triezzo aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the app, website, payments, chats, notifications, AI features, or other services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may temporarily suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or operational reasons. Where a planned interruption may significantly affect users, we will provide advance notice where reasonably possible.
8. Responsibilities and limitations
Triezzo distinguishes two types of plans/events:
- Events organized by users or external organizers: Triezzo acts solely as a technology intermediary, facilitating visibility, booking, and payment. Responsibility for performance, content, cancellation, or incidents lies exclusively with the organizer.
- Events organized directly by Triezzo: when Triezzo is the organizer, it will be explicitly indicated with the label "Organized by Triezzo." In these cases, Techrealm Ltd assumes direct responsibility for organization, execution, and customer support, in line with applicable regulations.
In all cases, Triezzo will not be responsible for:
- User behavior inside or outside the app.
- Damages or losses arising from personal interactions or activities between individuals.
- Content published by users or organizers, except where Triezzo is the organizer.
Organizers may be subject to additional Organizer Terms, payout conditions, verification requirements, tax obligations, and event management rules, which will apply when they create or manage paid plans through Triezzo.
Any irregular situation can be reported through the app. Our team will review reported cases with diligence.
9. Community rules, conduct, and content moderation
Triezzo promotes safe and respectful spaces. It is prohibited to:
- Post violent, sexually explicit, or discriminatory content.
- Harass, intimidate, or violate another user's privacy.
- Use Triezzo for unauthorized commercial purposes or off-platform payment solicitation.
- Organize illegal events or activities infringing third-party rights.
- Impersonate other users, organizers, or Triezzo staff.
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Use the platform to solicit, facilitate, or promote commercial sexual services.
- Share content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context.
Breaches may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent removal of the account. See the Community Guidelines for full details.
9.1 Automated content moderation
Triezzo uses automated tools — including AWS Rekognition for images and a combination of keyword filters and AI for text — to detect and remove content that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law. This moderation applies to profile photos, plan images, plan descriptions, and profile bios.
Automated moderation decisions may be reviewed by our team. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may request a human review by contacting support@triezzo.com.
10. AI features
Triezzo includes an optional AI assistant (Triezzo AI) that you may choose to enable. The AI is available in two contexts:
- Within match conversations, where it can suggest ideas, topics, or compatibility signals at your request.
- Within the support and help chat, where it can answer questions about the platform, its features, and policies.
Before using Triezzo AI for the first time, you will be shown a specific notice and must provide your express consent. By accepting, you acknowledge that:
- AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.
- AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including psychological, medical, legal, financial, or relationship advice.
- When used within a match conversation, the conversation context and participant identifiers (your name and internal user ID, and the other participant's name and internal user ID) may be sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate a relevant response.
- You should not include unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or others in your AI interactions.
- Triezzo does not guarantee compatibility, relationship success, or any specific outcome as a result of AI suggestions.
- AI interactions, prompts, responses, and related context are stored to display your conversation history within Triezzo and are deleted or anonymized when you delete your account, unless retention is necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Triezzo reserves the right to monitor, limit, or suspend AI access in cases of misuse, abuse, or platform security concerns, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Content and intellectual property
All rights to the Triezzo brand, app, software, and design belong to Techrealm Ltd. Users retain rights to the content they upload (images, texts, descriptions), while granting Triezzo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, moderate, and use it within the platform for the purposes described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You may not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrighted images, music, or text. Triezzo will remove infringing content upon valid notice and may suspend accounts of repeat infringers. To report a copyright infringement, contact support@triezzo.com with the subject "Copyright Notice". Additional copyright and notice-and-takedown procedures, including our designated DMCA agent for U.S. copyright claims, are described in our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify Triezzo content without express authorization.
12. Safety and offline interactions
Triezzo is a platform that facilitates connections between people, including plans and events that may take place in person. You acknowledge and accept that:
- Triezzo does not guarantee the identity, intentions, background, or conduct of any user or organizer on the platform.
- Triezzo does not conduct background checks on users or organizers, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific feature or context.
- You are solely responsible for the decisions you make when meeting other users or attending plans in person.
- We recommend meeting in public places for the first time, informing someone you trust of your plans, and avoiding sharing sensitive personal information before establishing trust.
- Triezzo may moderate, restrict, or report accounts to authorities where there is evidence or credible risk of harm, illegal activity, or serious breach of these Terms.
If you feel unsafe or encounter behavior that concerns you, please report it immediately through the app or by contacting support@triezzo.com.
13. Third-party integrations and partners
Triezzo may, in the future, integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, or services (e.g., travel/activity providers, Techrealm group services). These integrations will be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which will be presented before activation.
Triezzo may share strictly necessary information with such partners to provide the service, in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
14. Account suspension or deletion
Triezzo may temporarily or permanently suspend an account when:
- These Terms or Community Guidelines are breached.
- Fraud, impersonation, or suspicious activity is detected.
- Repeated reports from other users occur.
- Required by a competent authority or applicable law.
You can delete your account at any time from the app by opening your profile through the profile picture in the top-right corner, going to General Settings, and selecting Delete account at the bottom of the screen. You can also visit our Delete Account page for more information.
Deletion is irreversible and results in the deletion or anonymization of personal data associated with the account. Certain information may be retained where required by law, for tax or accounting purposes, fraud prevention, platform security, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Important: deleting your Triezzo account does not automatically cancel any active subscription — whether purchased through Apple, Google, or Stripe. You must cancel all active subscriptions separately before deleting your account to avoid future charges. Apple and Google subscriptions must be cancelled through your respective account settings. Web subscriptions via Stripe can be cancelled from your Triezzo account settings or by contacting support@triezzo.com.
15. Protection of personal data
Triezzo respects your privacy. How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is detailed in the Triezzo Privacy Policy (GDPR – Cyprus).
This includes processing data related to preferences, interests, location, AI interactions, content moderation, identity verification, and optional AI features, as well as the use of external services such as Stripe, AWS, Google, Apple, OpenAI, and Sentry.
16. Governing law and updates to the Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus and applicable European Union regulations for digital services. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Famagusta (Cyprus), without prejudice to consumer rights in the user's country of residence within the EEA.
Where you access Triezzo through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store terms may also apply. In case of conflict regarding billing, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, the store rules may prevail for that transaction.
Updates to the Terms
Triezzo may modify these Terms of Use where justified by legal, technical, commercial, or security reasons. When material changes occur, users will be notified via the app, email, or a notice on the website, indicating the effective date. For material changes, Triezzo may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use certain services. Where express acceptance is not required, continued use of the app or services after the effective date of the new version implies acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available at Terms of Use.
